Therapy offers a grounded place to slow down, understand what your mind and body have been carrying, and begin creating meaningful change. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, whether you’re navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, or challenges in your relationships.

  • Individual

For individuals (age 7+) navigating anxiety, stress, or the lingering effects of past experiences.

Many symptoms we experience—anxiety, tension, disconnection, fatigue—are the body’s way of communicating past overwhelm or unmet needs. Our work focuses on understanding these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment and restoring connection between mind and body so you can move from reactivity to regulation and from survival mode to balance.

Sessions are collaborative and trauma-informed, blending self-awareness with practical tools that support calm, clarity, and emotional steadiness. Together, we explore the parts of you that developed for protection or adaptation and begin creating new pathways for processing, healing, and connection.

Approaches often draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), somatic, and attachment-based techniques, supporting lasting integration of insight and self-compassion.

  • Family

For families navigating conflict, disconnection, parenting stress, or major life changes.

Families often seek support when communication breaks down, roles shift, or a child or family member is struggling with emotional or mental health challenges. Therapy offers a space for open, guided conversations where each person can feel heard and understood.

Our work often integrates attachment-focused and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) concepts to help families build healthier patterns of trust, co-regulation, and emotional safety. Sessions may also include psychoeducation—especially when navigating ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, or trauma-related symptoms—so each family member can better understand what’s happening beneath surface-level behaviors and how to respond effectively.

Practical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies support families in improving communication, reducing stress, and creating more consistent, supportive daily rhythms. Together, we focus on restoring balance, connection, and collaboration within the family system.

  • Couples

For partners feeling stuck in patterns of conflict, distance, or unresolved hurt.

Relationships are often shaped by the protective responses we carry—whether influenced by past experiences or developed through painful moments together. Couples therapy offers a safe, guided space to explore and understand these reactions, repair ruptures, and rebuild emotional safety. Together, we work toward better communication, stronger connection, and secure attachment.

Sessions often involve exploring triggers, identifying communication patterns, and learning how to engage with each other in ways that feel calmer, clearer, and more supportive. We also focus on building practical skills for resolving conflict and showing up for one another in healthier, more connected ways.

Our work often integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Gottman-informed approaches to deepen understanding, improve communication, and strengthen the relationship at its foundation.

All kinds of love are welcome and affirmed here.

  • Seniors

For older adults adjusting to changes in health, independence, memory, or family roles.

Aging can bring meaningful shifts in identity, daily rhythms, and relationships. Therapy offers a supportive space to process these transitions, strengthen emotional well-being, and stay connected to purpose. Our work takes a strengths-based, narrative approach that honors lived experience while reinforcing resilience and continued growth.

Sessions often integrate cognitive-behavioral strategies (CBT) to support motivation, daily structure, and coping skills. We may also incorporate activities that reinforce memory, enhance engagement, and build practical tools for navigating everyday challenges. Adaptive approaches help clients—and their families—respond to changes related to dementia, Parkinson’s, or other age-related conditions with more clarity and confidence.

On-site sessions are available at select senior living communities to increase access, continuity, and connection.

  • Caregivers

For those supporting a parent, partner, or loved one through aging, chronic illness, or mental health challenges—while carrying the weight of ongoing responsibility.

Caregiving can be deeply meaningful and deeply exhausting. Therapy offers space to sort through the stress, guilt, and emotional fatigue that often accompany this role, while reconnecting with your own needs and limits. Our work focuses on grounding skills, realistic self-care, and building sustainable patterns that protect both compassion and well-being.

Sessions may include psychoeducation, practical coping strategies, and support for navigating family dynamics or shifting roles.

Group options and on-site sessions within senior living communities provide additional opportunities for connection and shared understanding.

  • Small Focused Groups

For those seeking shared support, insight, and connection in a smaller, intentional setting.

Growth often happens naturally when we feel understood and supported. Small groups create a safe space to share experiences, gain new perspective, and connect with others navigating similar challenges. Each group meets for a set number of weeks and centers on a specific theme or age range.

Sessions blend psychoeducation, therapeutic skills-building, and guided experiential activities that encourage reflection, learning, and meaningful connection. The structure is designed to offer both practical tools and emotional support—helping participants feel seen, understood, and less alone in what they’re facing.
